Refund and Returns Policy

At Vikartwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer the following refund and return policies.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Return Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within  7-10 business days.

3. Exchanges

If the item is defective or damaged, we will exchange it for the same item, subject to availability. Please contact us at contact@vikartwear.com to initiate an exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded).
  • Digital products.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the allotted processing time:

  • Check your bank or credit card provider first.
